Royal Doulton has agreed to purchase a Pro-IV HRS payroll and personnel system from MDIS.
The system will run on a Sun Ultra II supporting 25 workstations and eventually integrate with financial and newly-implemented Kronos time and attendance systems. Installation should be completed later this year. The contract, including training and consultancy, is valued at over £200,000.
Royal Doulton is probably the world's leading ceramics manufacturer, with some 6,500 employees in total. They evaluated all of the leading payroll package suppliers before finally selecting MDIS based on their high level of customer support and the rich functionality and ease of use of the Pro-IV system.
