Sherwood International Group, one of the UK's leading suppliers of software oslutions to the insurance industry, has completed its first North American contract.
Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, fifth largest in the US, has opurchased Sherwood's AMARTA software ina deal led by Deloitte COnsulting Group, Sherwood's North American implementation partner.
Barney Quinn, director at Sherwood, said: "At Sherwood International, we are committed to becoming a key player in insurance around the globe. Northwestern Mutual is a very significant deal for us as it has allowed us to enter the United States market at a very high level."
