MB-Master CourseWare-Lite now available

A great many organisations have experienced technical staff who prefer to train their own employees on their own system - rather than send them to a formal training course. The difficulty with this approach is that many would-be trainers have little experience in designing and constructing a quality training course, or in presenting the material in a structured and coherent manner. MB-Master CourseWare-Lite Training Packs are the answer.

MB-Master CourseWare-Lite Training Packs are designed to enable anyone who is familiar with the subject matter to present training courses. It’s up to you exactly how you apply the material in your particular environment. The Packs are suitable for managers, analysts, helpline staff, consultants and contractors, indeed anyone who has a need to train staff and clients. Each Pack includes:

• A Trainer’s Guide with an appropriate teaching sequence for the specific subject, and lists of poinmts to be covered, topics to be addressed, and areas to be emphasised because they are important or difficult for learners to grasp. There is considerable room for the trainer to amend the contents - adding, deleting and reorganising topics according to their individual requirements.
• A set of MB-Reference Quick Reference Cards appropriate to the particular course.
• A set of Further Work and additional exercises - these are based upon our MultiValue Workout series of practicals and exercises. The trainer can use the examples as supplied, or use them as a basis for constructing their own practicals, exercises and assessments.

Each course includes the material of the equivalent MB-Master Classroom Course.
