Panamint Ventures have now deployed and delivered their 4-Word@Connect Office Suite for MultiValue Database systems, comprising internet e-mail, fax and word-processing, on MDIS Reality/X Solaris-based systems.
4-Word features command-line interfaces, subroutine libraries, and includes JET (The Works) and HTML filters, to enable integration of its functions into user applications.
4-Word@Fax supports plain text, HTML and PostScript. 4-Word @eMail supports MIME attachments of host operating system files, as well as MultiValue account-saves, t-dumps and items. 4-Word@wp supports Jet documents, and HTML additions to plain text and its native format.
Panamint have also announced their Enterprise Server to complement their 4-Word@Connect Office Suite.
Based on the Linux OS, 4-Word@ES provides a powerful server for high-throughput e-mail and fax-on-demand applications. 4-Word@ES removes all the communications load from the database server at an affordable cost.
4-Word@ES and 4-Word@Connect are available for D3 systems (all implementations), MDIS Reality/X (now including Solaris), Univision, mvBASE. jBASE, Universe and Unidata ports will be announced in the near future.
