Glasgow-based Berkeley Computer Services have appointed two new assopciate directors, Evelyn Kirkpatrick and Douglas Livie. Both joined the board as Associate Directors in January 2000.
A Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences (MSc), Evelyn Kirkpatrick joined BCS in 1991 and is responsible for a team of professionals to provide Project Management, training and support services to all customers. She is additionally responsible for maintaining BCS’s Investor in People programme.
Douglas Livie joined BCS following his graduation (BSc in computing and operational research) from Paisley University in 1981. As Contracts Manager he is responsible for purchasing and supplies negotiation, client support contracts and major sales contracts. He is also responsible for Project Management of BCS’ plan to achieve the ISO9000 (TickIT) Standard for Quality Control.
