ESD Recruitment Ltd, part of the ESD Group of companies, has bought the Delphi division of Prospectus IT Recruitment in a move that will benefit both the Delphi community and the ESD Group, as well as releasing Prospectus to concentrate their efforts on their own specialist market place.
Tim O’Shea, MD of ESD Recruitment, said: “This is a great move for us as a company. We are a specialist company working hard to build a reputation as the premier Delphi recruitment consultancy in the UK and we know that the business we have acquired is a sound one. Elkie Holland (MD of Prospectus) is a very well known and respected member of the Delphi community and we are very happy to have struck this important deal..”
The ESD Group of companies consists of European Software Developers (Bespoke Development), Eurosoft.com (ISP and Internet development) and ESD Recruitment. The group is headed by Richard Smith who feels that “this is exactly where we as a company want to be, moving forward with controlled growth whilst committing to the Delphi/Inprise tool set.”
