jBASE continues its expansion within the MultiValue marketplace with the appointment of a number of new Value Added Resellers and distributors: Zumasys, headquartered in San Clemente, California, is a national provider of technology services and business computing solutions to a broad range of customers. CC Enterprises of Renton, Washington, has a history of MultiValue software development stretching back to 1983. They are providers of application software for Construction Accounting and Direct Store Delivery management software.
Maryland Technology Group provide contractual and outsourcing IT services in the areas of systems/data conversion, health care, retail, wholesale, logistics, supply chain, EDI and financial systems. MTG has over 20 years of experience in MultiValue environments, with a focus on “legacy to jBASE” conversions.
Modular Information Systems of San Ramon, California, signed to become a jBASE VAR in May 2002. Modular Information Systems provides comprehensive IT services and solutions to over 200 MultiValue-related customers in 15 different industry sectors.
Here in the UK, Example Systems Limited signed a VAR agreement with jBASE Software Ltd in March 2002. Example Systems’ market-leading point of sale application for video and DVD sales/rental, POSitive, has been ported from Raining Data’s D3 and will now be sold exclusively on jBASE.
Earlier this year, jBASE also announced the signing of two new distributors to strengthen their presence in mainland Europe.
GORA Information Engineering Ltd of Lubijana will cover Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. INFORMER S.A. was established in 1979 and is listed on the Athens Stock exchange. The head office is in Athens with others in Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Albania and Bucharest. INFORMER is one of the largest IT integrators in Greece and specializes in large scale integration projects in the banking and finance, government and private sector.
